We want you to be absolutely satisfied with Bandhan Gallery. If you find the AI culling doesn't fit your studio's workflow, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your first subscription.

2. Processing Refunds

Refund requests must be sent to support@bandhangallery.in. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee window.

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, the remaining credit will be applied as a pro-rated balance to your next billing cycle.
