1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Bandhan Gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Usage

Bandhan Gallery provides AI-assisted photo culling. While our AI is highly accurate, the final selection responsibility remains with the photographer. We are not liable for any specific photo being "missed" by the automated system.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed in INR. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bandhan Gallery software, brand, and website are the intellectual property of Bandhan Gallery. Your uploaded photos remain your intellectual property.
